What is Parkway Grove?

Furnished shared living for independent adults seeking stable, affordable housing in Indianapolis. Residents have private furnished bedrooms while sharing common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and laundry.

ID, proof of income/funding, basic intake review, signed agreement, move-in fee. We do not require a credit check.

No. Parkway Grove is not an assisted living facility and does not provide medical care or daily supervision. Residents must be able to live independently.

Eligibility reviews are typically completed within 24–48 hours once all information is received. We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly.

How much does it cost?

Private furnished rooms start at $850 per month. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Rates may vary based on room size and availability. Optional garage parking may be available.

No application fee to submit an inquiry. However, there is a one-time $300 community housing fee due upon move-in.

Optional support services may be available through First Choice Personal Care & Living Solutions for individuals who qualify and wish to receive additional assistance.

For the safety of residents and the property, cameras are located in exterior and common areas only. Cameras are never placed in private bedrooms or bathrooms.
